Shipping;

Shipping costs to the UK & Rest of the World are on top of the sales price and are calculated at checkout. Prints are shipped using Royal Mail ‘Signed For’, and where possible ‘Tracked’. Original Artworks are shipped using Parcelforce.

Please include your contact details in the checkout to ensure a smooth delivery. If applicable, you will receive a tracking number in the ‘shipped’ email when the item has been dispatched.

We will aim to send out prints and original artworks within 48 hours, unless specified otherwise. At the weekend and on bank holidays orders will be processed the next working day.

Bulk orders: If you are ordering more than 1 print of the same artwork and size, they will be printed to order, signed and then delivered on to you. Delivery time will be approximately 1 week.

All prints and original artworks are rolled, covered with acid-free tissue paper and posted in a sturdy cardboard postal tube for protection.  

If you would like your artwork to be shipped framed then please get in touch directly on info@thomasgale.co.uk. Sending artworks framed will incur an additional fee.

Returns;

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt of delivery if you change your mind about your purchase. A full refund will be granted on condition the artwork and packaging is returned in its original condition. Refunds will be for the original sales price of the artwork (minus original shipping cost).

Return delivery costs will be at the customer's expense. Please contact us at info@thomasgale.co.uk if you wish to return an artwork.

Please note we are not able to offer refunds in the following cases:

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

We will not accept returns for items that have been damaged by post delivery.
